Bewitching Entertainment terms and conditions

Please have your deposits paid into the Bewitching Entertainment account to have your date fully secured. We only hold that date and time up to the deposit due date. If we have not received your deposit by then, we will pass the date onto someone else. 

At Bewitching Entertainment we understand that sometimes things get in the way, which may result in cancelling a party. At Bewitching Entertainment, if you need to cancel an event for any reason we hold your deposit, and you can re-use it to book again in the future. We refund any extras you have paid in advance. 

If you need to change the time or date of your party, we need at least 7 days notice

Travel fees

Please note we don’t charge for KMS, as we already include it in our price. We can travel from as far north as Joondalup and as far south as Mandurah If the party is outside these areas, a small travel fee might apply but check with our sales team!
